Terms & Conditions for
The International Feed Ingredients Course 2025

Welcome to the website of The International Feed Ingredients Course 2025 (“the Event”), accessible from https://www.google.com/search?q=ific2025.com (“the Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Website and your registration for and attendance at the Event.

By accessing the Website and/or registering for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or register for the Event.

1. Registration and Payment

  • Registration: To attend the Event, you must complete the online registration form and pay the applicable registration fee. Your registration is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.
  • Payment: All fees are payable in the currency specified on the registration page. We accept payment by credit card. Payment must be received in full prior to the Event.
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the final amount payable.

2. Cancellation and Substitution Policy

  • Non-Refundable: All registration fees are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for registrants who cancel or do not attend the Event for any reason.

  • Substitution Permitted: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge. To request a substitution, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] with the name and contact details of the new attendee. All substitution requests must be made no later than 30 September 2025.

We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain the quality and sustainability of this academic event.

3. Event Changes and Cancellation

  • Changes by Us: We reserve the right to make changes to the Event program, speakers, date, time, and/or venue without prior notice. We will endeavor to notify all registered attendees of any significant changes.
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the Event for any reason. If the Event is canceled by us, we will provide a full refund of the registration fee. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by you, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, the Event content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by INTER FEEDTECH (THAILAND) CO.,LTD., our speakers, or our sponsors.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the materials without our prior written consent.

5. Code of Conduct and Admittance

  • You are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the Event.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admittance to, or remove from the Event, any person who, in our sole discretion, is behaving in a disruptive or inappropriate manner. No refund will be given in such cases.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which is available at www.ific2025.com/privacy-policy/, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

  • The Event is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Event or its content.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or injury, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, that you may suffer in connection with your attendance at the Event.
  • The views expressed by speakers at the Event are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of INTER FEEDTECH (THAILAND) CO.,LTD.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
